Review and verify data for completeness and consistency, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed. Maintain and organize electronic records for easy access and retrieval, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting, providing support and guidance as needed. Assist with ad-hoc data-related tasks as needed to support business operations, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn. Uphold blithequark's data security and confidentiality standards at all times, ensuring the protection of sensitive information. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your ability to work accurately and efficiently in a remote environment. The following qualifications are required: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus. Proven experience in data entry, data management, or similar roles, demonstrating your ability to work with large data sets and maintain a high level of productivity. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and precision. Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), with the ability to learn new software and systems as needed.
