Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist for Blithequark – Full-Time Opportunity in Data Management and Client Support

Key Responsibilities The Remote Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in the transfer and manipulation of data to and from blithequark and our clients. The key responsibilities of this position include: Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of all clients' data extracts and blithequark's Proprietary Database Building automation, monitoring, and logging in remotely to various clients and systems Running pre-built reports and queries to extract data from clients, picking up pre-generated data, transferring it to our servers, editing, auditing, transforming, and performing quality control inspections of data files Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of Helix/Self Pay Database logic with regards to importing client files Thriving in a multi-tasking environment, running different processes simultaneously on different computers and in different windows Communicating with Management Level and above any client issues that arise, working collaboratively towards resolution with client/project teams Providing accurate and timely completion of all other tasks assigned by Management/Executive Management/C-Level Schedule and Work Environment The successful candidate will be required to work from 3:30AM to 11:30AM PST, Monday to Friday. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the opportunity to collaborate with our team through virtual meetings and communication tools.
