Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data. Your key responsibilities will include: Receiving, collecting, reviewing, and entering data into our computer system or tracking database with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Verifying that all data recorded is complete and accurate, and taking corrective action as needed to ensure data integrity. Providing basic reports and serving as a resource for other staff members, as required. Reading source documents and entering data into specific data fields accurately and efficiently. Collecting, compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy or completeness of data before it is entered into our system. Performing data integrity tasks, such as locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors. Scanning or uploading documents, as required. Performing routine office duties, such as answering phones and maintaining supplies. Maintaining logs of activities and completed work, and filing completed documents in appropriate locations or distributing them to relevant parties. Providing data lists, spreadsheets, and reports to support business operations and decision-making. Creating or modifying databases according to the needs of the department, and providing direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork. Training other data entry employees, as required, and performing other related duties to support the success of our team. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: At least two years of experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database management systems and other software applications. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
