Transcribes source data into the required electronic format, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Transfers information from paper formats into computer files, utilizing keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners as necessary. Performs high-volume data entry using a variety of computer software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Verifies the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring all information is accurate and complete. Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information, and resolves any discrepancies found in a timely and professional manner. Maintains a secure and organized filing system, protecting confidential customer information in accordance with blithequark's data protection policies. Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation and integrity, adhering to best practices for data security. Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system, providing excellent support to internal stakeholders. Utilizes basic office equipment such as photocopy machines and facsimile machines, as required.
