Key Responsibilities Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry, utilizing your organizational skills and attention to detail. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output to ensure data integrity and quality. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, demonstrating your ability to work independently and think critically. Apply data program techniques and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies in the industry. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files, providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders. Comply with data integrity and security policies, ensuring the highest level of data protection and confidentiality. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with MS Office and data programs, with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies. Familiarity with administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management. Typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute and 95% accuracy. Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work. Confidentiality, with the ability to maintain the highest level of data protection and confidentiality.
