As a key member of our data management team, you will be working closely with our supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Inputting information from scanned or handwritten documents into structured digital formats, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Double-checking records to ensure details are correct and complete, identifying and flagging inconsistencies or errors in source materials. Maintaining data clarity and accuracy, helping to generate occasional status updates or summaries for supervisors as needed. Utilizing Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to manage and analyze data, with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity, contributing to the development of best practices for data entry and management. What You Bring to the Role To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. Some of the key qualifications and attributes we are looking for include: Comfortable working independently and staying focused in a remote setting, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. The Details of the Opportunity This is a part-time or full-time contract opportunity, with flexible daytime availability. The key details of the position are as follows: 15–25 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of extension or transition to full-time hours. Fully remote work arrangement, with the option to work from home using your own device (equipment may be provided for longer-term roles). 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or transition to a full-time position.
