Job Description: • An Epic Applications Manager is responsible for the high-level success of one or more teams providing implementation and production support for nephrology practices using the Epic CKD and related products. • Includes product, project, resource, and time management as well as coaching, training, organizing, planning, and budgeting. • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper usage and acceptance of the CKD system. • Direct management of team including analysts, trainers, project managers, and support staff. • Training, mentorship, and coaching. • Monitor ServiceNow for incidents and requests assigned to team. • Oversee success of Epic upgrades and releases. • Engage with third parties to ensure successful contracting and connectivity.
