Working on and delivering final results for branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard. Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations to drive continuous improvement. Supporting the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: RxClaim experience, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides, which would be a significant advantage in this role. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse, which would be highly beneficial. Experience using MS Access database, which would be an asset. Superb verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users.
