Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of delivering exceptional service and driving client satisfaction. A strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, with a patient and understanding approach to client interactions.
