Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Remote Executive Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in supporting our top-performing team and contributing to our continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: Handling inquiries from across the U.S. about various insurance options, engaging with potential clients over the phone, gathering important details, and setting up virtual meetings (on Zoom or phone calls). Using our special tools to generate personalized insurance quotes, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals during virtual sessions. Managing the entire sales process from first contact to getting paid commission, typically within 72 hours. Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborating with our top-performing team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our organization. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our sales processes and customer experience. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience in the insurance industry or a related field. Knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices. Experience using sales automation tools and software. Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish are a plus).
