About the Role: FBA Inventory Program Manager We are seeking an experienced FBA Inventory Program Manager to join our team in Brazil. As an FBA Inventory Program Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the health of our products once they are sent to our Fulfillment Centers. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Program, Sales, Operations, Transportation, Legal, and other teams, to drive strategic initiatives that improve current inventory management. Your primary focus will be on identifying gaps, pain points, and opportunities in existing metrics and proposing process improvements. You will also be responsible for creating queries and reports to track key metrics and initiatives' impact, as well as developing creative solutions to address pain points and improve the Seller Experience. Key Responsibilities: Identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities in existing metrics and propose process improvements Dive deep into issues to differentiate isolated issues from structural ones Create queries and reports to track key metrics and initiatives' impact Develop creative solutions to address pain points and improve the Seller Experience Calculate the impact/potential of ideas/pain points, making it tangible Influence and support the Product team (both Latam and global teams) on Roadmap prioritization Suggest/create programmatic solutions and initiatives while creating business cases for the Product team Create goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve objectives Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints About the Team: FBA Fulfillment Operations The FBA team is a key part of Amazon BR, managing the operations for sellers who send their inventory to our Fulfillment Center (FC). Our team is responsible for collecting products, delivering them to customers, and receiving customer returns. Within FBA, we have several teams that manage Seller Experience (SX) and operations in this business model. The Fulfillment Operations team, which you will be a part of, manages the entire inventory once it's received in the FC, including inventory management, removals, customer returns, reimbursements, and operational processes. We are a data-driven team that owns metrics tracking and evolution, maps gaps, and implements improvements to impact our sellers and customers. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of program or project management experience 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Bachelor's degree Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3+ years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Skills and Competencies Required for Success: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent program management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders. You should be data-driven, with a strong understanding of metrics and analytics. Additionally, you should be an effective communicator, with the ability to influence and support teams to drive strategic initiatives. Your creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box will be essential in addressing pain points and improving the Seller Experience.
