Key Responsibilities As a Fractional HR Services Consultant at RevBoost, your key responsibilities will include: • Multi-Region Compliance: Building a compliant HR framework across regions for both W2 and 1099 employees, ensuring we meet all regulatory standards as we grow. • HR Processes for Scale: Designing, implementing, and maintaining HR processes – including recruiting, onboarding, and talent management – that support growth and promote a positive employee experience. • Benefits and Retention Strategy: Creating globally aligned benefits that meet our team's unique needs, enhancing satisfaction and retention. • Remote Team Empowerment: Developing policies for productivity, engagement, and cultural inclusivity for our remote, distributed workforce. • Performance & Goal Setting: Defining KPIs and OKRs that tie individual and team performance to RevBoost's mission, creating a sense of purpose across our organization.
