Key Responsibilities: Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare providers Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complex problems, and delivering comprehensive solutions Navigate multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues Manage a steady volume of incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless support and resolve customer complaints Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction What We Look for in a Candidate To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for helping others, be naturally empathetic, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. While customer service experience is a plus, it is not required. You should be able to work independently in a remote setting, with a distraction-free workspace and reliable high-speed internet. You should also be able to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy and have excellent problem-solving skills.
