About Our Healthcare Customer Service Representative Role We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blithequark. Accurately track and document all call-related information for auditing, reporting, and quality improvement purposes. Qualifications and Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Proficiency in navigating Windows operating systems and using desktop computer systems. Logical problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
