About the Role We're excited to offer a remote opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative. As a vital member of our team, you will answer inbound calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services, providing exceptional support and explaining services and claims information. This is a full-time position with hours available between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive starting wage of $18.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn more through our monthly incentive program. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical bill review system Provide clear explanations of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures to customers Interface with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters in a professional and courteous manner Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns Maintain attention to detail and ability to multi-task with customer interactions and various applications Requirements To succeed in this role, you should: Be able to train and work effectively in a remote environment Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have 1-2 years of prior customer service experience Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Have a positive attitude and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service Be able to learn basic medical terminology and navigate various applications Have a quiet and professional work environment free from distractions, with a high-speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem – non-cellular – with minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload) What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
