Job Overview As a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. Your primary function will be to receive, review, and process inbound calls from customers regarding their insurance policies, addressing questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and empathetic manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer calls, providing exceptional service and support to policyholders Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner Process policy changes, updates, and cancellations as required Utilize system tools and resources to search for answers and information, ensuring accurate and effective support Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years of age, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
