About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet, providing customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs, providing personalized solutions and support. Advise customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Process new and/or amended enrollments, ensuring seamless and efficient customer experiences. Deliver expert customer experiences, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic and exceptional experiences. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance. 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs. A passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature. Ability to pass a background check and meet the requirements for working in a remote environment. Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
