About the Role We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and dedicated Live Chat specialist who can provide outstanding support to our customers. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a stable internet connection and can commit to working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm EST. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through live chat, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing product information to help them make informed purchasing decisions. You will not be required to take calls from sales agents or customers, focusing solely on live chat interactions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail. Provide accurate and detailed information about our shipping containers, including features, pricing, and availability, to help customers find the perfect solution for their needs. Address customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner, working to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support environment.
