Key Responsibilities Model company core values, arenaflex philosophy, and appropriate back of house standards and execution strategies for the rest of the receiving team. Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers with a high level of professionalism. Maintain a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions. Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence. Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates are expected to possess the availability for a flexible work schedule that may entail early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Additionally, they should have the physical capability to lift and transport boxes exceeding 40 lbs and be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
