We're now seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat specialist to join our team remotely. As a Live Chat specialist, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat interactions. About the Role We're looking for a self-motivated and energetic individual who can thrive in a remote work environment. As a Live Chat specialist, you will be responsible for handling live chats from customers, providing timely and effective support to help them with their queries. You will not be taking calls from sales agents or customers; your focus will be on delivering exceptional live chat experiences. Key Responsibilities: Respond to live chats from customers in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our products and services Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a fair and courteous manner Utilize our provided training and resources to stay up-to-date on our products and services Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and guidance to customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or chat support role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including live chat platforms Availability to work 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm EST (with flexibility to adapt to other time zones) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the shipping or logistics industry Knowledge of shipping containers and their applications Multilingual skills (ability to communicate in multiple languages) Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary of $500 per month 5% commission on each container sale (approximately $20-$30 per container) Pay is disbursed twice per month via Wise or Payoneer Contract provided for your security and peace of mind Paid sick days and paid days off Holidays observed: Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, New Year's Day, New Year's Eve Opportunities for professional growth and development Work Environment and Culture: Remote work arrangement with flexibility to work from anywhere Collaborative and dynamic team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Why Join blithequark?
