As a live chat specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries via phone, using approved procedures and guidelines to ensure the quality and integrity of the call Answer questions and provide information on various issues regarding benefits offered by arenaflex Reset personal identification of callers unable to self-serve in the Interactive Voice Response system Gather information, research, and resolve inquiries, and appropriately document customer calls Read and interpret documents on file, and understand and retain a large amount of information Respond professionally to escalated calls, should they arise, and communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner Review customer needs and inform customers of services and resources available to them Stay alert and responsive, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and empowering experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or GED Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs Typing minimum of 25 WPM Ability to successfully complete a background check Weekend and holiday availability may be required Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working with individuals with disabilities Bilingual skills Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in work Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
