Key Responsibilities Provide premium customer service through effective communication channels, including live chat, telephone, email, and social media. Manage a high volume of customer inquiries, responding to questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Utilize the live chat platform to engage with customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to their problems. Handle a variety of customer inquiries, including logistics, returns, refunds, product information, and warranty questions. Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is documented and easily accessible. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries. Essential Qualifications Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues. Written & Verbal Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers through various channels. Microsoft Office: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, with the ability to navigate computer systems while on calls with customers. Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection, with a hardwired connection (no cell network or satellite).
