Essential Qualifications Proven experience in live chat support or a related customer service role is preferred, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support. Proficiency in typing and multitasking to efficiently handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
