Key Responsibilities Working directly with blithequark members to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring a positive experience and promoting member retention Applying problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions to members, utilizing available resources and ensuring compliance with company standards Effectively handling customer concerns, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and changes Collaborating with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication Confidentially handling policy owner information, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, with a high value placed on the customer/member experience. Insurance or call center experience is preferred, and you should have a demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude, technical aptitude, and experience navigating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies. Preferred Qualifications Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, as well as knowledge of various insurance products Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework High School Diploma required, with some college-level coursework preferred Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be able to support a VPN Skill and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and create sustainable relationships with members. You should be highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Additionally, you should be proficient in navigating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
