About the Role We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused NetCredit Application Support Representative to join our team. As a NetCredit Application Support Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers throughout the loan application process. This is a remote position, but you must reside within 100 miles of either Chicago, IL, or South Jordan, UT. You will undergo a comprehensive two-week training program to specialize in a specific brand, after which you will handle a significant volume of inbound calls, engaging with potential customers to aid them in their loan application process and effectively convert these prospects into sales. Key Responsibilities Effectively manage incoming calls, adeptly assisting customers in navigating the loan application process Guarantee customer satisfaction by explaining the distinctive features and advantages of Enova's products and services Initiate proactive outreach to customers as needed, encouraging them to finalize their loan applications Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner Continuously update knowledge of Enova's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Essential Qualifications Experience in a call center setting is preferred, with a strong background in customer service and sales Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen and respond to customer inquiries Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types and communication styles Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of loan products and services Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams Strong active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of inbound calls and customer interactions Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Enova, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers. The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.00, with additional compensation for meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
