Key Responsibilities As a Non-Profit Donation Agent, your key responsibilities will include: Handling incoming phone calls from donors and providing exceptional customer service Processing donations in a timely and efficient manner Responding to donor inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise Working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions and donations Meeting or exceeding performance targets and quality standards Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Minimum 6 months of remote call center experience or 1 year of in-office call center experience Must be a US Resident Must be at least 18 years old Must use a Windows 10/11 PC Quiet, professional background for calls Able to type at least 40 words per minute Intermediate computer skills Able to pass a background check Must be able to complete a voice assessment and a mock call Preferred Skills While not required, the following skills are highly preferred: Highly organized and self-motivated Excellent communication skills Intermediate PC proficiency Reliable and dependable Able to provide excellent customer service If you possess these skills, you will be well-equipped to excel in this role and make a meaningful contribution to our team.
