Job Overview As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our customer service team, responding to incoming live chats, evaluating customer interactions, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate, ensuring seamless resolution and high customer satisfaction Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, promoting interest in blithequark's products and services Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, utilizing excellent communication skills and strong telephone etiquette Consistently achieve established standards of the position, continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records Adapt to different personalities and manage multiple tasks at once, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to learn new software and systems Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Ability to adapt to different personalities and work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote online chat specialist role or similar position Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment and experience working with clients in this area Experience with customer service software and technology, including live chat tools and CRM systems Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot common technical issues Bilingual or multilingual skills, with ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
