Job Overview In this critical role, you will be accountable for executing patient intervention pharmacy programs, driving the execution of various strategies and operations to guarantee business needs are being met, and ensuring regional pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines. Key Responsibilities Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Therapy Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects Drive the execution of various strategies and operations to guarantee business needs are being met Ensure regional pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by contemplating, assessing, and redesigning processes; monitoring and analyzing results; and implementing changes Drive regional pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to the organization's financial objectives Implement and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance Support efforts to enhance the patient experience by increasing the focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultations, medication management, drug therapy reviews, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs) Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field initiatives Support staff training experiences and development opportunities Promote collaboration and motivate Pharmacy staff by fostering a shared vision and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity Conduct data and clinical audits and make strategic moves to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions Review drug records and patient profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment Provide individualized patient/supplier consultation Give feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Retention Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations Responsible for all inquiries, discussions, and communications that relate directly to patient care Provide clinical advice and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as needed Perform other work consistent with the job responsibilities in this description as assigned by management Essential Qualifications Current Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues Experience working with confidential information Able to work non-standard hours, which may include evenings, holidays, as well as weekends Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following up on multiple projects with varying completion dates Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determine when to escalate issues Able to travel up to 10% of the desired time for business purposes (within state and out of state) Preferred Qualifications Willingness to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary Knowledge of insurance plans Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and In addition to Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save functions, adjusting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or possibly printing workbooks) Basic level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, hiding, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing list level, adding, centering, and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving objects, printing frame view or possibly running a slide show) Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, copying, and editing text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and section width, arranging, inserting pictures, dates, and using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or possibly print capabilities) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
