Key Responsibilities As a Remote Phone Call Receptionist, you will play a vital role in our team's success by: Answering and directing incoming calls from personal injury, mass tort, and criminal defense clients with professionalism and empathy. Providing accurate information and assistance to clients regarding their cases. Maintaining client confidentiality and handling sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Accurately recording and relaying messages to the appropriate legal team members. Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently. Performing general administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Customer service experience in a legal, medical, or insurance role is highly preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling of medical and treatment information. Proven ability to work effectively as a remote employee with a well-established home office setup. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with office software and phone systems. Requirements To ensure your success in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. Ability to work during the specified hours (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday). Must be able to provide a high level of customer service and maintain client confidentiality.
