About the Role: Work from Home Principal Communications Associate We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Communications Associate to join our Customer Channels Performance Solutions Communications Team. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your omni-channel communications expertise to inform, influence, provide resources, and drive engagement among our agents and front-line leaders. As a Principal Communications Associate, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic communications plans that utilize various channels to engage agents and leaders, meet stakeholder needs, and drive business results. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality solutions that support thousands of associates across our Channels organization, making a significant impact on our customers' experiences. Key Responsibilities Strategic Communications Creation: Develop and implement strategic communications plans that leverage business needs, critical thinking, and technical and creative writing skills to engage agents, leaders, and stakeholders. Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for communications initiatives, working with various partners to understand performance support needs and make recommendations for support. Strategic Insights: Monitor key performance indicators to develop actionable insights, best practices, and campaign strategies that drive business results. Storytelling: Utilize expertise in storytelling to tell a comprehensive and compelling story through verbal and written communication, engaging agents, leaders, and stakeholders. Experience Design: Partner to develop tools and processes that meet the needs of our agents and business, ensuring that our communications are effective and impactful. Process: Contribute to established processes for developing agent messaging and delivering communication materials, ensuring that our communications are timely, relevant, and engaging. Measurement: Monitor, track, and report on content performance, analyzing data to inform recommendations and plans for improvements. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or technical writing Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders and partners Ability to gather quantitative and qualitative insights/data to inform recommendations and strategy Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt and flex to changing priorities Ability to learn quickly and translate complex concepts and materials to meet audience needs Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong technical and creative writing skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience At least 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or technical writing Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills and competencies, including: Omni-channel communications expertise Strategic thinking and planning Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Adaptability and flexibility Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to learn quickly and translate complex concepts and materials to meet audience needs Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $88,100 - $100,500 for this role, depending on experience and location. In addition to your salary, you will also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
