About the Role As a Remote P&C Licensed Insurance Agent - Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer and agent inquiries, addressing various types of property and casualty policies and billing inquiries in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve service concerns, document customer requests, and complete changes to policies that require a license. You will be the face of our organization, interacting with clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns via inbound/outbound communication Market insurance products to potential customers through various channels, conducting thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommending suitable coverage options Resolve service concerns, document customer requests, and complete changes to policies that require a license Maintain multiple customer communications at the same time, utilizing excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency and multi-tasking between online applications Utilize working knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, folders) and property and casualty policies and related processes and procedures Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
