Job Overview: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire) We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our candidates have world-class experiences from first contact to hire. You will partner with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to improve and collaborate on processes and candidates, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and communicating directly with candidates. If you have at least 1+ years of prior experience working in a Recruiting Coordinator or HR/Talent Acquisition support capacity, and you are passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to improve and collaborate on processes and candidates Schedule interviews via Greenhouse and ModernLoop Gather feedback from interviewers both asynchronously and via debriefs Communicate directly with candidates, ensuring a world-class experience from first contact to hire Build efficient processes for other people to use, leveraging your strong organizational skills Collaborate across a variety of teams and departments, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Essential Qualifications: At least 1+ years of prior experience working in a Recruiting Coordinator or HR/Talent Acquisition support capacity Experience with an ATS, ideally Greenhouse Strong organizational skills, with the ability to build efficient processes for other people to use Outstanding communication, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills Ability to embrace change with a great attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment Administrative experience supporting management or executive-level individuals Preferred Qualifications: Experience using automation tools, ideally ModernLoop Experience supporting engineering or technical teams What We Offer: At ClassDojo, we are committed to providing a competitive compensation package and a dynamic work environment that supports your growth and development.
