About the Role The Recruiting Coordinator position is a remote, full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and a chance to work with a dynamic team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide administrative assistance to our recruiting team, developing and maintaining business relationships and being recognized as a trusted partner. Your excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills will be essential in driving the recruitment process forward and ensuring seamless execution of various tasks. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, maintaining agendas and handling last-minute changes with ease. Coordinate TA training sessions and seminars, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in place. Produce and submit reports on general TA activity, providing valuable insights to the team. Assist with the recruitment process by initiating and monitoring background checks and drug screenings, as well as posting open positions in the Applicant Tracking System. Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth experience for all candidates. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to support the team. Professional Requirements, Qualifications, and Desired Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent, with prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System being a significant advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed. High computer literacy, with strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Meticulous attention to detail, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. HR competence, with an understanding of recruitment principles and practices. Professional integrity, with a sense of responsibility and accountability. Desired Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: 1-2 years of general office experience, with a background in recruitment or HR being an advantage.
