About the Role: Senior Developer in OnBrand Production The Senior Developer will be part of OnBrand, American Express' In-House Creative agency, and will report to the OnBrand Production Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating seamless customer experiences for our Business Units, driving results, and unlocking value through industry-defining creative excellence. Your expertise in digital development will help us build innovative and engaging digital experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities: Execute development for multiple parallel project engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Write high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Produce, maintain, and modify digital experiences and user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Partner with UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints. Ensure that best practices regarding accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are included early on in project ideation, guaranteeing an exceptional user experience. Develop an overall development approach and guide other developers through execution to delivery, providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight. Collaborate with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identify patterns, and use learnings to optimize overall development processes. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in digital development, with a focus on HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
