As a Remote Spanish Bilingual Automotive Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide top-notch support to our clients and their customers. Job Overview In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, internet, or other communication channels. Your primary objective will be to address customer service issues, resolve non-routine problems, and provide exceptional support to our clients' customers. As a fanatical customer advocate, you will be committed to delivering personalized solutions, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer phone calls within quality standards, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Capture prospect information, including name, address, phone number, email, product of interest, source, and CRM questions, to ensure accurate and comprehensive customer data. Provide detailed product information, answering questions about our clients' brands, current nameplates, and performance capabilities, to help customers make informed decisions. Define consumer needs by asking relevant CRM and product questions, selecting fulfillment items, and completing price and equips statements for consumers. Locate dealers following standard dealerization rules and categorize callers, offering appropriate touchpoints, such as warm transfers to dealers. Provide website navigation assistance to consumer-oriented brand sites, ensuring a seamless and intuitive online experience. Escalate outstanding issues, providing goodwill to customers on behalf of our clients within established guidelines, and communicate with consumers via written form (email/text chat) regarding products and programs supported. Conduct CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and answer additional questions, inviting consumers to attend events as required. Follow critical elements of the call and file handling process, staying current with center procedures, product information, and online resource tools. Effectively manage customer complaints from initial call to resolution, ensuring prompt and satisfactory issue resolution. Who You Are To succeed in this role, you should possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include: High school diploma with 6+ months of customer service experience preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer support and relations. Courteous and strong customer service orientation, with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional experiences. Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Dependable and able to rotate shifts as needed, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to build a career as an Automotive Advisor. Essential and Preferred Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, we prefer candidates with: A sales or marketing background, with the ability to build rapport with consumers over the phone and drive sales growth. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
