About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Remote Spanish Bilingual Automotive Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As an Advisor, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet. Your strong desire to help customers will enable you to address customer service issues and non-routine problems regarding our client's products or services. Key Responsibilities Answer all incoming customer phone calls within quality standards, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns Capture prospect information, including name, address, phone, email, product of interest, source, and CRM questions Answer detailed product questions on the brand, current nameplates, and their performance capabilities, demonstrating a strong knowledge of our client's products and services Define consumer needs by asking relevant CRM and product questions, using active listening skills to understand customer requirements Select fulfillment items, complete price and equips statements for consumers, and locate dealers following standard dealerization rules Categorize callers and offer appropriate touchpoints, such as warm transfers to a dealer, to ensure seamless customer experiences Provide website navigation assistance to consumer-oriented brand sites, helping customers to find the information they need quickly and easily Escalate outstanding issues, providing timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns Provide goodwill to customers on behalf of the client within client guidelines, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty Communicate in written form (email/text chat) with consumers regarding products and programs supported, using clear and concise language to ensure effective communication Conduct CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and to answer any additional questions, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer service Follow critical elements of the call and file handling process, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively Stay current with center procedures, product information, and online resource tools, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Essential Qualifications High school diploma with 6 plus months of customer service experience preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices Courteous with strong customer service orientation, providing exceptional customer experiences in every interaction Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, using clear and concise language to ensure effective communication Ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer service and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Dependable with proficient attention to detail, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively Able to rotate shifts, as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced customer service environment A passion for helping others, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty Preferred Qualifications Sales or marketing background with the ability to build rapport with consumers over the phone, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences Experience working in the automotive industry, demonstrating a strong knowledge of automotive products and services Bilingual in Spanish and English, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service technologies, demonstrating the ability to use technology to enhance customer experiences Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing customer service landscape Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer complaints and concerns Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to collaboration and teamwork Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the ongoing development and growth of our employees.
