Job Overview In this contractor role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat or email. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, providing you with the stability and predictability you need to plan your personal and professional life effectively. Compensation and Incentives At blithequark, we believe in recognizing and rewarding our contractors' hard work and dedication. Your earnings will vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour, determined by your performance and the phone call status when assisting customers. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to earn extra incentives based on client and performance metrics, providing a direct link between your efforts and your financial rewards. Required Skills for Success To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish , enabling you to effectively understand and address customers' needs. Technology and Equipment Requirements To ensure seamless connectivity and high-quality customer interactions, you'll need to have: A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported). An operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS). A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication. High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed. Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed on your computer. A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication purposes. Work Environment Requirements To maintain productivity and ensure uninterrupted customer service, you'll need to have: A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions and background noise. An organized desk area that allows for efficient work and minimal clutter. Please note that certain locations are not approved for this role due to various regulatory or technical reasons.
