Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring that all queries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding shipping rates, returns, product availability, and other relevant topics, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to make informed decisions. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and courteous manner. Log in at the beginning of your shift, respond to customer messages throughout your scheduled time, and log out at the end, ensuring that all interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. Work independently with strong adherence to provided instructions, guidelines, and protocols, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions, such as a phone, tablet, or laptop, with a reliable internet connection. Independent working capability, with the ability to work from home or a remote location, and strong adherence to provided instructions and guidelines. Availability to work at least 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your own hours and schedule. A reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps, to ensure seamless and efficient communication with customers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Essential Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and strong adherence to provided instructions and guidelines. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using chat software, email, and other digital tools. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in customer service or a related field is an asset. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support. Knowledge of live chat software and platforms, with experience in using chat tools to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Certification in customer service or a related field, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation. Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
