Job Overview As a Remote Voice Data Entry Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for participating in both voice and non-voice processes, managing inbound and outbound calls, validating information, and executing enrichment tasks as outlined by client training. Your role will involve conducting data entry tasks, verifying vendor resources, checking board certifications, and following up with various state boards for status updates. Key Responsibilities Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as necessary, ensuring effective communication and data accuracy. Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Execute and complete Enrichment Tasks as outlined by client training, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Essential Qualifications Previous experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is advantageous, demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills.
