This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, and we're looking for driven and hardworking individuals with strong critical thinking skills and adaptability. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support via web chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
