Responsibilities As a Retail Customer Service Expert, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues. Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Providing feedback on call issues. Upselling if required. To be successful in this role, you will need: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment. 6 months of customer service experience preferred. Over 18 years of age. Ability to type 25 wpm. High School Graduate or GED. Comfort with desktop computer systems. Proven oral and written communication skills. Logical problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate Windows operating systems. Organization and work prioritization skills. Work from Home Requirements To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) that meets the following requirements: Windows 10 or later. Wired Ethernet LAN connection. Internet connection (satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted). A minimum of 4GB RAM. Additionally, your internet connection must meet the following requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps. Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps. ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Proof of internet speed required.
