Key Responsibilities Creates a positive internal and external customer experience, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is memorable and satisfying. Takes an active role in training and mentoring associates on front-end principles, personalizing the customer experience, and promoting loyalty programs. Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all associates, ensuring seamless store operations. Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience and resolving problems efficiently. Ensures associates execute tasks and activities according to the store plan, prioritizing as needed and communicating effectively with management and associates. Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth. Partners with management on associate training needs to increase effectiveness and promote a culture of excellence. Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Promotes credit and loyalty programs, supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs. Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment, ensuring the well-being of our customers and associates. Who We're Looking For We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of associates. If you have a strong understanding of merchandising techniques, are capable of multi-tasking, and possess strong communication and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply. Essential Qualifications Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our retail store. Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and retail operations. Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve common goals. Able to train others and provide guidance and support to associates. 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in a retail environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer service and team leadership. Strong knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, associates, and management.
