Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience. One or more years of work experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible schedule that includes four weeks' notice of your roster. Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods such as summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a commission-based environment, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, and a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
