Key Responsibilities Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network. Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions, providing personalized solutions and recommendations. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution, ensuring they find the perfect products and services to meet their needs. Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory, staying up-to-date with the latest products and technologies. Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services, identifying new sales opportunities and driving business growth. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED, providing a solid foundation for your career in retail sales and customer service. One or more years of work experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment, where you have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule provided four weeks in advance, ensuring you can plan and balance your work and personal life. Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods, such as summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a commission-based environment, where you have developed a strong drive to succeed and a results-oriented mindset. Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, providing personalized recommendations and driving sales growth. Customer service experience, where you have developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
