Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: 1 year of customer service experience in the medical field, insurance verification, or a high-level overview of patients' or customers' benefit plans. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Dependable and able to adhere to a schedule, working in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions. Effective listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs. Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Work from Home Equipment Requirements: To perform this role, you will need to have the following equipment: A laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or better, 16GB of RAM installed, and 256GB of storage. A USB headset to plug into your computer. Hardwired internet using an Ethernet cable.
