Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently Provide customers with product and service information, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our offerings and can make informed purchasing decisions Research and troubleshoot problems, using available resources to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction Identify and escalate priority issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing potential impact on customers Follow up with customers as necessary, ensuring their issues are fully resolved and they're satisfied with the outcome Document customer contacts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication across the team Develop a thorough understanding of blithequark's policies, procedures, and safety rules, adhering to these guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant work environment Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning 6+ months experience in a customer service-related role, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals, both internally and externally Maintain the customer's perspective as a driving force behind activities, ensuring customer-centricity in all interactions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, enabling you to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized Proficiency with relevant computer applications, including Google Chrome, Oracle Service Cloud, Order Management System, Workday, and Kronos Ability to toggle multiple web browsers, with dual monitors, and excellent keyboarding skills Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team setting, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a remote work environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in an Omni Channel Contact Center environment, showcasing your ability to work effectively across multiple channels and deliver seamless customer experiences Previous Work at Home experience, demonstrating your ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment Familiarity with blithequark's product lines, enabling you to provide informed and knowledgeable support to customers Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) a plus, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers Home Office Requirements To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following home office requirements: Broadband internet connection (Cable, DSL or Fiber) with a minimum download speed of 5.0 MBPS (preferably 75+) At least 4 GB of available RAM and 1024 GB (1 Terabyte) of data usage A compatible headset, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cord, and a computer system will be provided by blithequark A work atmosphere that is free from noise, including but not limited to; televisions, audio equipment, pets, children, etc. Physical Requirements & Attendance Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties, ensuring you can effectively communicate with customers and complete tasks Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior, demonstrating a commitment to blithequark's values and expectations Available to work weekends and all holidays except for Christmas Day, showcasing your flexibility and willingness to support the team during peak periods Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
