As a Seasonal Data Entry Associate with arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering large business orders, updating spreadsheet information, and communicating with other departments, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, including: Process all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Format Excel orders as needed to maintain consistency and clarity. Set up Profiles for all Excel orders, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and updated. Process incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division in a timely manner, meeting demanding deadlines and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled correctly. Process incoming Treasury Batch orders efficiently, meeting deadlines for Treasury and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. Execute Customer Gift History lists, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and courteous. Enter Catalog requests and address changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Manage incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards. Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments. Process Special Projects for various departments throughout arenaflex, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 6 months of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets and perform data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. A typing speed of at least 35 wpm, with excellent spelling and grammar skills. Proven knowledge of computer navigation, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues. Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced knowledge of Excel, with experience using macros and other advanced features. Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively. Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Outlook. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Technical Requirements To perform this role, you will need: A reliable internet connection, with a download speed of at least 5mbs and an upload speed of at least 3mbs (preferably a wired connection). A computer with a Windows 10 operating system, 8 Gigabytes of RAM, and 50GB of available space on the hard drive. A current IOS or Windows 10 OS, with an 8th-10th Gen Intel or AMD Ryzen CPU (if you bought your PC/laptop in the last 2 years, the CPU is most likely comparable to these suggestions). A desktop or laptop computer (Apple or Windows PC), with no Chromebook, iPad, tablet PCs, smartwatches, or smartphones. Preferred Technical Specifications While not essential, the following technical specifications are preferred: A download speed of over 100mbs and an upload speed of 10+mbs (with a wired connection). A computer with 8-32 Gigabytes of RAM and 50GB of available space on the hard drive.
