Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Sell-By-Chat Representative to join our team in the LATAM region. As a Sell-By-Chat Representative, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing engagement with potential clients through email and social platforms. Key Responsibilities Source Growth Sessions via Email and Social Platforms: Efficiently manage email inbox and social platforms to maximize engagement with potential clients. Ensure no lead goes untouched and that messaging across these channels is prompt and compelling. Build Sales Systems: Play a pivotal role in building and fine-tuning a highly efficient and responsive lead management system. Create a well-oiled machine capable of seamlessly handling a substantial influx of leads from various channels. SaaS Expert: Engage in insightful conversations with prospective clients by continuously educating yourself on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the specific challenges and opportunities that SaaS companies encounter. Address prospects' pain points and demonstrate how our solutions can make a difference for their businesses. Success Metrics To measure success in this role, we will track the following key performance indicators: Conversion rate on responses for marketing-generated leads Revenue sourced Show rate on growth sessions sourced Rate of change within the SBC machine - Documentation, processes, departmental growth, etc. Qualifications and Nice-to-Haves To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Proficiency and competence in working in and maintaining quality data in CRM systems Chat-based sales experience Ability to effectively facilitate multiple ongoing conversations seamlessly over several inboxes and social platforms Highly organized and self-sufficient Nice-to-have qualifications include: Knowledge of HubSpot processes Ability to mimic writing styles Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
