Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center Position for a Dynamic and Sustainable Environmental Solutions Provider

Job Summary As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for interacting with our customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and self-service platforms. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be expected to handle a high volume of contacts, approximately 60-80 per day, and utilize various applications, knowledge bases, and tools to research and resolve customer queries. Key Responsibilities Field customer service inquiries and handle customer service transactions independently and proficiently Demonstrate active listening skills, confirm understanding of customer needs, issues, and requests, and provide standard information and education regarding service options, charges, billing, and contracts Use authorized systems to gather information, provide information, and/or update customer records Provide one-call resolution, making every reasonable attempt to resolve the customer's issue and exhaust all other solutions before escalating the customer's query Serve as an advocate for customers with repeat issues, engaging the right department and people within arenaflex Communicate concise and accurate information, listen for and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services, and establish customer accounts by negotiating and documenting service type, pricing, billing, and other required information Support other service lines when required, attempt to retain customers who call to cancel services by probing for cancellation reasons and offering alternatives, and meet or exceed service and operational standards established for the call center Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D (accredited) One (1) year of previous customer service experience (in addition to education requirement) Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills Computer skills, including MS Office Typing skills and professional phone etiquette Ability to multitask, react well under pressure, and treat others with respect Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, prioritize and plan work activities, and focus on solving conflicts and listening to others without interrupting Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Bilingual in Spanish Previous experience in a call center environment Knowledge of environmental solutions and sustainability practices Remote Work Requirements This is a remote work position, and you will be required to: Live within 50 miles of an arenaflex center site near the states of AZ, CO, TN, TX, MS, AL, MI, PA, WI, IL, or MA Have a private workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 50mbs download and 10mbs upload) Be able to physically connect your computer to the modem or router Attend a 7-week virtual training program, with potential Saturday shifts Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
