Join the Amazon Team as a Selling Partner Support Associate Workwarp, in collaboration with Amazon Services Korea LLC, is seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Selling Partner Support Associate to join their team on a remote basis. As a Selling Partner Support Associate, you will be the primary point of contact between Amazon and its Selling Partners, providing timely and accurate operational support to ensure a seamless selling experience on Amazon stores. As a Selling Partner Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Amazon's Selling Partners have a positive experience on the platform. You will be responsible for addressing Selling Partner issues effectively, working closely with other stakeholders within Amazon, and adhering to service level agreements for phone, chat, and email cases. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Selling Partners, building trust and strengthening relationships through empathy, active listening, and rapport building. Resolve complex queries from Selling Partners, leveraging strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Nimbly navigate multiple communication channels concurrently, including phone, chat, and email, to engage with Selling Partners effectively. Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication, listening closely and empathetically to Selling Partners' needs. Consistently deliver on Selling Partner experience and efficiency goals, maintaining excellent levels of confidentiality and data security standards. Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation, independently. Foster a positive and cooperative team environment, demonstrating enthusiasm for learning and a commitment to continuous improvement. Work in a dynamic contact center environment with flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities, with the appropriate sense of urgency. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Be a college graduate with a degree from an accredited institution. Possess fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Have experience working with operating systems (Windows) and using Office Suites (Word, Outlook, and Excel). Be available to work flexible rotational shifts, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus: 1+ year of experience in a live channel B2B/customer service environment, with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role. Business acumen in areas of e-commerce and retail, with a deep understanding of the industry. Typing skills of 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 93% or higher.
